The thing I am noticing more and more in 2020 is that people speak on behalf of a group instead of for themselves; this is becoming more common year after year lately. Unless it’s a small team setup and you have a keen awareness of the group and/or you are the designated leader, it is just being self-centered and silly. Obviously in any group of people there are diverse opinions & a person that ignores that and thinks he or she can speak on behalf of a group needs to be called out every single time. I hope this skit makes you think about the use of “We vs. I” in conversation in terms of the words coming out of your mouth & the words coming out of others’ mouths.
